POLYFLOOR SEALER

POLYFLOOR SEALER adalah cat epoxy dua komponen yang diformulasikan khusus sebagai pelapis dasar yang berfungsi sebagai penetrasi ke dalam substrat dan sebagai penguat adhesi / daya lekat lapisan cat di atasnya serta berfungsi sebagai penambah ketebalan film.

Polyfloor primer terdiri dari beberapa tipe dengan mempunyai pasangan top coat masing – masing.
1. Polyfloor primer PFP-211   Primer berjenis solvent free. Selain fungsi utama sebagai primer, PFP-211 juga biasa digunakan untuk proses pendempulan.
2. Polyfloor primer PFP-241    Primer berjenis solvent base. Dapat membentuk lapisan ketebalan film hingga 200 microns.
3. Polyfloor primer PFP-251    Primer berjenis solvent free. Dapat membentuk lapisan ketebalan film hingga 200 microns.
4. Polyfloor primer PFP-261 Primer berjenis solvent base. Bisa digunakan untuk primer di berbagai macam substrat dan bisa diaplikasikan pada bidang vertikal maupun horizontal.
5. Polyfloor primer PFP-281   Primer berjenis solvent base. Biasa digunakan untuk aplikasi pada keramik, terazzo dan sejenisnya. Tetapi juga bisa di aplikasikan pada jenis substrat beton. Mempunyai lapisan film yang lebih fleksibel dibandingkan dengan jenis primer lain.
6. Polyfloor primer PFP-291 AS Primer berjenis water base. Diformulasikan khusus untuk diaplikasikan di area yang berpotensi terdapat aliran listrik anti statis. Primer ini pada dasarnya akan menghantarkan aliran listrik statis kedalam tanah

Prosedur Aplikasi


  • Campur 1 (satu) set Polyfloor primer yang terdiri dari Komponen A dan B, aduk hingga     homogen.
  • Tuang campuran ke dalam substrat sebanyak 0,2 – 0,3 kg-set/m2, ratakan menggunakan squegee dan roll epoxy.
  • Khusus untuk proses pendempulan (PFP-211), setelah proses pencampuran Komponen A dan B, tambahkan kalsium karbonat dengan perbandingan berat (A : B )     : kalsium karbonat = 1 : 3.
  • Kemudian aplikasikan menggunakan kape atau alat sejenis lainnya.
  • Tunggu 6 - 12 jam untuk pelapisan selanjutnya.
