Heatproof HPR-980 is a heat-resistant coating paint that can also function as a leak-proof and rust inhibitor. It is suitable to be applied to the outer and inner wall areas, facades, tiles, tin roofs, factory metal roofs, galvalume roofs and asbestos roofs.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be clean, dry, healthy and free from any contaminants.
Newly constructed walls must be dry after 28 days old, make sure the wall moisture content is 16% measured using a time meter and wall alkalinity (pH) 7-8 is measured using a Universal pH indicator
Remove any loose material or damaged paint by brushing and scraping thoroughly using an active fiber brush.
Treat areas affected by mold, algae, lichens and lichens with PROPAN FUNGICIDAL WASH.
Repair defects with suitable materials

Application Procedure

Apply the first coat of HPR-980 using a brush/roller in a criss-cross direction throughout 250 ml of surface evenly
Then wait until the surface is dry for about 2-3 hours
Apply a second coat of HPR-980 using a brush/roller in a criss-crossing direction over the entire surface of 250 ml until evenly distributed
Wait until the Heatproof layer dries for at least 1 (one) day.
