Propan PU-41
PROPAN PU-41 is a PU alkyd that produces a finish without the pungent odor caused by formaldehyd emissions, a great choice as an alternative to Melamik paint. With a more economical price, the finishing layer of PROPAN PU-41 is clearer so that it displays the natural beauty of wood. The top coat is available in 3 grades: Clear Gloss (90 sheen), Semi Gloss (55 sheen) and Clear Dof (15 sheen).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :
- If necessary, use IMPRA wood filler to fill the pores of the wood. Then sand with sandpaper no. 240. clean from sandpaper dust.
- Use IMPRA wood stain for wood staining.
- Apply PUSS-41 sanding sealer in the ratio of A: B : Thinner = 4: 1 : 2 by volume, until the film thickness is about 100 – 120 g/m2 by spraying. Let it dry for 2-4 hours. Sand with sandpaper no.400. Repeat for the second layer.
- Apply PUL-41 topcoat in the ratio of A: B : Thinner = 4: 1 : 2 by volume, until the film thickness is about 100 – 120 g/m2 by spraying. Allow to dry overnight.
- Top coats are available in 3 gloss levels: Clear Gloss, Semi Gloss, and Clear Dof.
Coverage with application using a spray gun and film thickness of 100 g/m2:
- 4,0 m2/L- set for PUSS – 41.
- 3,5 m2/L – set for PUL – 41 CLEAR Gloss / Semi Gloss / Clear Dof.
