APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Surface Preparation:
Clean the surface of the substrate from oil, mold/mildew, dust and other impurities using grinding machine

1. First Stage
Mix 250 grams of paint with 250 grams of clean water then mix well, then apply it to the substrate with a brush or roller in a crosswise manner. Wait approximately 1 hour before carrying out the next application stage.

2. Second Stage
Apply UFM 930 using a brush/roller in a criss-crossing direction over the entire surface with a distribution of 0.75 kg/m² until it is evenly distributed.

3. Third Stage
Then immediately lay out a layer of fiber nett and leave it until the surface is dry for about 2-3 hours

4. Fourth Stage
Application of UFM 930 is like the second stage without using fiber nett and leave it until the surface is dry for about 2-3 hours

5. Fifth Stage
Apply UFM 930 like the second stage without using fiber nett with a spread of 0.75 kg/m² and let it dry for about 24 hours

Total Film Thickness Approximately 1.2 mm (2.5 kg/m²)
