Easy PU

Propan Easy PU RX is a 2 component Polyurethane lacquer without PU thinner designed for interior, furniture and building components made of wood & rattan.

Base Coat : PU Sanding Sealer PUSS-747-2K RX
Top Coat : PU Lacquer PUL-747-2K RX Clear (Gloss/Satin/Dof)

Clean the surface of the wood from oil & dirt that sticks by sanding using sandpaper no. 180. Then clean with a clean cloth
Apply Impra Wood Filler SH-113 to fill in the pores of the wood using a cotton swab, let it dry & sand with sandpaper no. 240 until the wood surface is visible again.
Apply Impra Wood Stain WS-162 B to color the wood surface with a brush then wipe before drying.
Apply Propan PU Sanding Sealer PUSS-747-2K RX with a mixed ratio of comp A : comp B = 2 : 1 (without diluting thinner) using a spray gun evenly. Let dry 1 – 2 hours, then sand with sandpaper no. 400. Repeat for the second layer.
Apply Propan PU Lacquer PUL-747-2K RX Clear with a mixed ratio of comp A : comp B = 2 : 1 (without diluting thinner) using a spray gun evenly. Let the paint dry completely for 2-3 hours. Then sand using sandpaper no. 400. Reapply for the second coat.

Note: if necessary, add a little Polyurethane thinner to adjust the paint’s viscosity level.
