Multipurpose PU Acrylic

Acrylic Polyurethane 2K Solid Color which is non-yellowing and weather resistant, has good adhesion on wood, iron, and concrete for interior & exterior use.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :

Clean the surface of the substrate with sandpaper no. 180. Especially for wood use Aqua Wood Putty AWP-919 WB to close the pores & wood fibers. Then sand with sandpaper no.240
Apply Propan PU Surfacer PUSF-781-2K using a spray gun with a film thickness of 100-120 g/m². Allow to dry for 2 – 3 hours, then sand with sandpaper no. 240. Repeat for the second coat.
Apply Propan Multipurpose PU Acrylic Color PUC-786 with a spray gun with a film thickness of 100-120 g/m². Let the paint dry completely for 3-4 hours. Then sand using sandpaper no. 400. Reapply for the second coat.
If necessary, apply PU-91 Acrylic Clear top coat for a more optimized finish.

Notes : Multipurpose PU Acrylic Color available in a choice of gloss levels : Clear Gloss, Clear Satin, Clear Dof & with thousands of attractive color options (color tinting).
