Impra Melamine System
IMPRA MELAMINE SYSTEM is a 2 component (2K) wood finishing system with Amino and Alkyd base materials. Unlike other melamic finishing materials, IMPRA Melamine System is specially designed so that it is low in formaldehyde content (low formaldehyde) so that it is relatively odorless and painful to the eyes and slow yellowing (low yellowing).
The Impra Melamine finishing layer which is quite thick, smooth and flat is very appropriate to be applied to furniture and interiors with a modern-minimalist style so as to give a more luxurious and elegant impression. Melamine System consists of Impra Melamine Sanding Sealer and Impra Melamine Lacquer.

Available Packaging: 1 Lt set, 5 Lt set and 20 Lt set
- Sand the wood surface with No.180 sandpaper in the direction of the wood grain. Remove sandpaper dust and other debris from the wood surface.
- Fill the pores of the wood with Impra Wood Filler SH-113 using a kape, let dry & sand with sandpaper no. 240 until the surface of the wood is visible again
- Color with Impra Woodstain WS-162 B. Apply with a brush then wipe before drying.
- Apply Impra Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 (Spray) with a mixture ratio of: A : B : Thinner Yori Green = 9: 1: 6. After drying, sand the threshold with sandpaper no. 400. Repeat this stage once again.
- Apply Impra Melamine Lack ML-131 Clear Gloss/Dof/Semi Gloss (Spray) with a mixture ratio of A : B : Thinner Yori Black = 9: 1: 6. as the final coat.
CAUTION
After IMPRA Melamine is mixed with hardener, about 6-8 hours the mixture will start to solidify.
