PU Concrete
PU CONCRETE is a polymer concrete consisting of a special PU resin and dry powder cement and various types of sand which forms a very strong concrete with high compressive strength.
PU Concrete consists of 3 types:
1. Low fill PFT-611-3K LF WB for factory floors with a thickness of 2-3 mm
2. Medium PFT-613-3K MF WB for factory floors with a thickness of 3-5 mm
3. High fill PFT-615-3K HF WB, specifically for cold storage with a thickness of 6-9 mm functions as flooring and waterproofing which has temperature resistance (-40°C) to. 120°C
Functions & Advantages
- Resistant to extreme temperature changes
- Strong adhesion, resistant to abrasion and scratches
- Resistant to chemicals
- Not slippery, anti-slip
- Has pressure resistance
- Fast application process
- Non-slip surface
- Easy to clean
- Anti-microbial

PFT-615-3K HF WB 26.8 kg-set
Color Options: Green, Blue, Cream, Ivory, Grey, Yellow
PFT-611-3K LF WB
Application Procedure:
Use PFT product– 611-3K LF WB for top coat by mixing component A and component B first then pour the mixture into component C with a weight ratio of 2.1 : 2.5 : 9. Stir using a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
For top coat :
Pour the product that has been mixed onto the floor and pull it using a rubber squeegee, then smooth it using a rubber roller. Material consumption is 3.80 kg-set/m2 with a dry thickness of 2 mm for top coat
Tips for Finishing Polyfloor Epoxy:
• Make sure the surface the substrate is dry and clean from all types of contaminants
• Prior to application, the surface of the substrate must be ground beforehand
• Use a good quality roll and application tool
PFT-613-3K MF WB
Application Procedure:
Use PFT-613 product -3K MF WB for top coat by mixing component A and component B first then pour the mixture into component C with a weight ratio of 4 : 4.8 : 18. Stir using a mixer. for 1-2 minutes.
For top coat:
Pour the mixed product onto the floor and pull it using a rubber squeegee, then smooth it using a rubber roller. Material consumption is 6.00 kg-set/m2 with a dry thickness of 3 mm for top coat
Tips for Finishing Polyfloor Epoxy:
• Make sure the surface is the substrate is dry and clean from all types of contaminants
• Prior to application, the surface of the substrate must be ground beforehand
• Use a good quality roll and application tool
PFT-615-3K MF WB
Application Procedure:
Use PFT-615 product -3K MF WB for top coat by mixing component A and component B first then pour the mixture into component C with a weight ratio of 3 : 3.9: 22.1. Stir using a mixer. for 1-2 minutes.
For the top coat:
