STONKOTE ANDESITE FLOOR SKF-636-2K SB is a Solvent Based 2 Component Paint for natural stone floor coatings with a natural appearance and highlighting stone veins, formulated with nano technology polymer so that it can penetrate and coat natural stone floors

STONKOTE ANDESITE FLOOR SKF-636-2K SB can react with moisture to produce a clear thin film layer with a natural appearance, abrasion resistant, weather resistant, chemical resistant and anti so that natural stone is not easy to grow moss, non slippery and easy to clean

surface preparation

Clean the natural stone surface from remaining cement, mold, mildew, dust , oil or other dirt using a soft wire brush, wipe with a damp cloth to remove excess dirt.

If needed (optional) use Propan Fungicidal Wash or Concrete Floor Wash, after that rinse with clean water, then wait until dry and the substrate is ready to be painted (because Concrete Floor Wash are acidic, avoid rinsing water from plants).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Mix a set of STONKOTE FLOOR ANDESIT SKF-636-2K SB with the ratio of Component A : Component B = 9 : 1 (by volume). Stir until completely smooth then apply using a brush or roll with a coating amount of 50 – 60 g/m2

Let the first layer dry 1 – 2 hours, after that do the 2nd stage application in a cross direction from layer 1, in order to obtain a more even application result

Let STONKOTE ANDESITE FLOOR SKF-636-2K SB dry completely for 16 – 24 hours, before ready to use and exposed to chemicals, stains, rainwater and people walking on it

Note : For maintenance of floors that are coated with STONKOTE FLOOR ANDESIT SKF-636-2K SB, enough swept to remove dirt and dust, after which it is cleaned with a mop using clean water and floor cleaning fluid.
