Polyfloor Cement
POLYFLOOR CEMENT is an epoxy water base paint that is specially formulated as a water barrier so it does not rise to the surface of the substrate or it can also be referred to as a paint that functions to keep the moisture of the substrate within the permissible levels. This product can be applied up to a thickness of 1-3 mm on floors and walls.
This polyfloor cement consists of Polyfloor Cement PFC-225 Sealer, Polyfloor Cement PFC-225 and 235.
1. Polyfloor Cement PFC-225 Sealer
Consists of 2 components that are used as a sealer layer on concrete before the next layer is applied. Applied to concrete / substrate which has a moisture content above 5%. Can be applied to walls or floors.
2. Polyfloor Cement PFC-225 Epocem
It consists of three components, A : B and C (filler). Used as a top coat layer after sealer. Applied to substrates / concrete that have a moisture content above 5%. Can be applied with a film thickness of 2 – 3 mm DFT. Can only be applied to floors
3. Polyfloor Cement PFC-235 Epocem
It consists of three components, A : B and C (filler). Used as a top coat layer after sealer. Applied to substrates / concrete that have a moisture content above 5%. Can be applied with a film thickness of 1 mm DFT. Usually applied to walls
