Traffikote TFK-116 MMA

Traffikote TFK-116 MMA is a marking paint specially formulated using methyl metachrylate which dries very quickly and forms a very hard final coat. Resistant to weather and UV rays, so it is highly recommended for outdoor applications that require fast application time. Can be applied to concrete and asphalt.

Surface preparation:

The surface of the substrate to be painted must be dry and clean and free from mold, mildew, dust, oil or other impurities.
Clean up all material adhering to the substrate by using a brush or by spraying it with wind.

Application Preparation:

Stir first Component A Traffikote TFK-166 MMA before use.
Pour component B into component A, stir gently ±2 until it is homogeneous. The ratio of component A and component B is 100 : 1 (weight ratio)

Application Stages:

Apply the mixture of Traffikote TFK- 166 MMA onto substrate 2 kg-set/m2/mm using a rubber squegee and smoothing using epoxy roll
Wait for dry, 1 hour for light vehicles and 3 hours for heavy vehicles
