Polyfloor Sealer
POLYFLOOR SEALER is a two-component epoxy paint specially formulated as a base coat which functions as penetration into the substrate and as a strengthening of the adhesion / adhesion of the paint layer on it as well as functioning as an increase in film thickness.
Polyfloor primer consists of several types with each pair of top coats.
1. Polyfloor primer PFP-211 Solvent free primer. Apart from its main function as a primer, PFP-211 is also commonly used for caulking processes.
2. Polyfloor primer PFP-241 Solvent base type primer. Can form layers of film thickness up to 200 microns.
3. Polyfloor primer PFP-251 Solvent free primer. Can form layers of film thickness up to 200 microns.
4. Polyfloor primer PFP-261 Solvent base type primer. It can be used as a primer on a variety of substrates and can be applied to both vertical and horizontal planes.
5. Polyfloor primer PFP-281 Solvent base type primer. Commonly used for applications on ceramics, terrazzo and the like. But it can also be applied to any type of concrete substrate. Has a more flexible film layer compared to other types of primer.
6. Polyfloor primer PFP-291 AS Water base primer. Specially formulated for application in areas where there is a potential for anti-static discharge. This primer will basically conduct the flow of static electricity into the ground
Functions & Advantages:
- Very strong adhesion to the substrate
- Good penetration power
- Easy to apply
Packaging : 5 kg-set and 20 kg-set
Application Procedure
- Mix 1 (one) set of Polyfloor primer consisting of Components A and B, stir until homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into the substrate as much as 0.2 – 0.3 kg-set/m2, smooth using a squegee and epoxy roll.
- Especially for the caulking process (PFP-211), after the mixing process of Component A and B, add calcium carbonate with a weight ratio (A : B ) : calcium carbonate = 1 : 3.
- Then apply using a cotton swab or other similar tool.
- Wait 6 – 12 hours for the next coating.
